Sesame Access shortlisted for British Engineering Excellence Awards 2013!
Sesame Access has been shortlisted for the coveted prize of Small Company of the Year Category in this year’s British Engineering Excellence Awards. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London in October.
Sesame’s application highlighted their constant drive for engineering innovation, pushing the boundaries of wheelchair access engineering solutions in buildings, and the talents of our engineering workforce. The application also highlighted Sesame’s participation in the Government’s Growth Accelerator Programme, our work with the Manufacturing Advisory Service to implement LEAN techniques into our business, our strong Three Year Strategic Plan, our professional and highly qualified workforce, and working closely with Brooklands College to train three Engineering Apprentices. The application also showcased how Sesame always buys British, to support our British subcontractors and to develop strong business relationships with our supply chain.
