We are looking for a very organised and forward planning individual, who can lead Sesame in delivering well planned Sesame lift installations across the world. This mostly office based role will ensure our Installation Engineering Team have everything they need for a successful Sesame Lift Installation.
You will need to nurture successful relationships with Main Contractors on site, to ensure everything is ready on site for Sesame's eutopia of a 10 consecutive workday installation. We have never achieved a 10 consecutive workday installation before so there will be a big party if you can deliver this!
We have a talented team of Sesame Installation Engineers, so you will need to ensure they have everything they need for their jobs. This includes the correct technical training where required and positive support from the office.
You will also manage the Scheduled Services of Sesame lifts, plus any call outs. This includes allocating engineers to the work, liaising with Clients and ensuring all remedial works are completed correctly and on time.
We are obsessed about reliable Sesame lifts and very happy customers.
You will drive continual improvement in Installations, Services and Call Outs, by identifying the route causes of all issues and ensure they are fixed at source. We are currently implementing ISO9001 throughout the Company.
You will also have an understanding of Engineering and building sites.
